Below is the minimum and maximum transaction amount for outgoing payments and disbursements available on SingaPay.

Single Disbursement

For single transfer/disbursement transactions:

Transaction limits apply per transaction.
For bulk disbursement, the limit applies to each item in the bulk transaction.
Please ensure the transaction amount is within the allowed range to avoid transaction failure.
Limits may change based on regulatory requirements or partner policies.

The time when recipient bank accounts receive disbursement funds varies depending on the transfer method and banking network used.

The transfer method is automatically handled by SingaPay’s backend system based on:

Available Transfer Methods:

BI-FAST (Fast Payment) - Real-time fund delivery or based on agreement. Available 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Used when recipient bank is registered in BI-FAST network.
RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement) - Requires additional processing time. Available during business hours only.
Intra-Bank Transfer - Fastest fund delivery when disbursing to the same bank network (e.g., BCA to BCA, BRI to BRI).

Note:

Transfer method selection is managed automatically by SingaPay’s system - merchants do not need to choose manually.
Actual settlement time may vary depending on the recipient bank’s processing system and network conditions.
