Overview

Note: This is a Money Out operation where funds are transferred from your SingaPay Payment Gateway balance to customers’ e-wallets.

The E-Wallet Top Up API allows merchants to facilitate top-up transactions for various e-wallet providers in Indonesia, including:

  • OVO
  • Dana
  • ShopeePay
  • GoPay
  • And more e-wallet providers

This API provides seamless integration for merchants to offer e-wallet top-up services to their customers through the SingaPay Payment Gateway.


Available Operations

The E-Wallet API consists of the following operations:

1. Inquiry Account

Check and validate e-wallet account information before initiating a top-up transaction.

2. Trigger Top Up

Initiate and process an e-wallet top-up transaction.

3. Inquiry Transaction Status

Check the status of an e-wallet top-up transaction.


How It Works

  1. Inquiry Account - Validate the customer’s e-wallet account details
  2. Trigger Top Up - Execute the top-up transaction and transfer funds
  3. Inquiry Status - Track and verify transaction completion

Important Notes

  • This is a Money Out operation - funds will be transferred from your SingaPay Payment Gateway balance
  • All transactions require proper authentication via access token
  • Each e-wallet provider may have different requirements and limits
  • Transaction status should be checked to confirm successful completion
  • Refer to the Appendix sections for detailed response codes and transaction statuses
